Because digital products cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final except in specific verifiable cases outlined below.

1. Eligible Refund Conditions

Refunds or replacements may be granted if:

  • The digital product delivered is invalid or non-working, and
  • The buyer provides proof within 48 hours, such as:
    • Screenshot evidence, or
    • Video screen recording of activation failure

If verified, we may:

  • Fix the issue,
  • Replace the digital product,
  • Provide a refund (at our discretion).

2. Cases Not Eligible for Refund

No refunds will be granted if:

  • The buyer bought the wrong product,
  • The device/PC does not meet requirements,
  • The buyer refuses to follow provided instructions,
  • The platform or game later blocks usage due to updates or policy changes,
  • The buyer changes their mind after delivery,
  • Slow internet, computer problems, or software conflicts occur on the buyer's side,
  • The buyer causes account violations or security breaches.

Once a digital item is delivered and activated successfully, the sale is considered complete and non-refundable.

3. Delivery Confirmation

A product is considered delivered when:

  • A digital code/account/license key are sent,
  • Login credentials are provided,
  • A message confirming activation is issued.

4. Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact SUGA GAME STORE first before:

  • Filing chargebacks,
  • Opening disputes.

We will work to resolve issues professionally. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Service denial,
  • Blacklisting from future purchases,
  • Legal follow-up.
